This site offers tarot readings for spiritual insight and personal reflection. These readings are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice.
I am not a licensed therapist or healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional assistance, please seek support from a qualified professional.
Readings are for guidance only. You remain responsible for the choices you make.
3. Bookings & Delivery
- All readings are delivered via email to the email address provided at checkout.
- When you purchase a reading, you're securing your place in the queue, there is no live session or specific time slot to select.
- Readings are sent within 5-10 business days of your order (often sooner, depending on energy and demand).
- If for any reason I need a little more time (life happens and energy ebbs and flows) I'll be in touch to let you know.
- You must be 18 years or over to book a reading.
- I will not read for a third party without their explicit permission.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Readings:
Due to the personal and energetic nature of this work, all sales are final once a reading is delivered.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the guidance received. I ask that you book only if you feel called, ready and open to what comes through.
If you feel something was unclear or missing, you're welcome to reply to your email reading. I want you to feel held in the process.

If you receive a damaged item or suspect an item is faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. I'll offer a replacement or refund where possible.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

Please note all tarot readings are delivered via email ONLY within 5-10 business days of your order.

- All physical products are shipped with love from the beautiful Blue Mountains in Australia.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for packing and dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary, especially for international orders.
- Remember Lunar is not responsible for delays or lost packages once the parcel has been passed to the postal service, but I will always do my best to help track things down.

Your privacy matters deeply to me.
Any personal details you share including your contact information, birth information, photo or session details will remain confidential and used only for the purpose of our work together. I'll never sell or share your information.
7. Energetic Integrity
This is a sacred space. I reserve the right to refuse service if I feel the energy or intention behind a request is misaligned, harmful or disrespectful to myself, to the work or to others.
