1. What kind of readings do you offer?
I offer tarot readings delivered by email. These readings are designed to help you move through life's twists and turns with a little more clarity, grace and insight.
2. How do email readings work?
Once you book, I tune into your energy and the cards, then craft a detailed reading that I send to your inbox within 5 to 10 business days - sometimes sooner if the stars align! There's no live session so you get to receive the guidance in your own time and space.
3. Why do you ask for a photo and my date of birth?
Great question! A recent (unfiltered) photo and your date of birth help me to tune in to your energy more deeply - they act like a gentle energetic anchor when I'm reading your cards. It's not essential but it does support a more personal and connected reading.
If you're not comfortable sharing this, that's totally okay. Just send me a quick message after purchase and we'll go from there. Your comfort and trust come first, always.
4. Can I book a reading for someone else?
I believe in respecting everyone's energy and free will, so I only read for the person who books the reading. That means I won't do readings on other people unless they've given their clear, loving permission.
5. What if I'm not happy with my reading?
I understand that sometimes the messages can be surprising. Remember we receive what we need to hear rather than what we want to hear. Because readings are intuitive and deeply personal all sales are final. But if something feels unclear, you're always welcome to ask me ONE follow up question for a little extra guidance.
6. Are your readings suitable for everyone?
I ask that you be 18 years or older to book a reading. My readings offer spiritual guidance and reflection but they're not a replacement for medical, legal or mental health advice. If you're going through something serious, I encourage you to seek support from qualified professionals.
7. Do you sell jewellery and other magical items?
Yes! Remember Lunar is more than just readings - it's a treasure trove of jewellery, crystals, oracle cards and other tools to support your spiritual path. This space is always evolving, so keep an eye out for new magic coming your way.
8. How do you protect my privacy?
Your privacy is sacred to me. Everything you share or that comes through in your reading stays confidential. Your information is used only to create your reading and will never be shared or sold.
9. What if my reading is delayed?
If the universe slows things down and your reading takes a little longer than usual, I'll be sure to keep you updated and make sure you feel cared for every step of the way.
